Submit Your Artwork ](#step-15) 1 ## Visit the ArtGalerie Website 1 ### Open ArtGalerie Go to the official ArtGalerie website: [ https://artgalerie.com.br ](https://artgalerie.com.br) On the homepage, look for the option: **"Become a Vendor"** This option is for artists who want to create a store and sell their artworks on ArtGalerie. 2 ## Open the Registration Page 2 ### Click "Become a Vendor" Click **"Become a Vendor"**. You will be redirected to the ArtGalerie registration or login page. If you already have an account, log in with your email address and password. If you do not have an account yet, choose the option to **create a new account**. 3 ## Enter Your Personal Information 3 ### Complete the Registration Form Fill in the information requested by the registration form. - **Name** - **Username** - **Email address** - **Password** - **Phone number**, if requested - Any other information requested by ArtGalerie Please make sure that all information is **correct, complete, and up to date.** **Important** Please use real and accurate information when creating your artist account. 4 ## Choose the Artist / Vendor Option 4 ### Select the Selling Option During registration, you may see an option such as: **Example** ☑ I am a vendor ☑ I want to sell Select this option if you want to register as an artist and sell your artworks on ArtGalerie. This option creates your artist/vendor account and gives you access to the artist dashboard. 5 ## Set Up Your Artist Store 5 ### Enter Your Store Information After creating your account, you may be guided through the Seller Setup Wizard. This step allows you to create your artist store. ### Store Name Enter the name you want to use as an artist. **Example** João Silva Art João Silva ### Store Address Enter the requested address information: - Country - State - City - Address - ZIP / Postal Code Depending on the ArtGalerie configuration, some of this information may or may not be publicly displayed. 6 ## Add Your Profile Picture 6 ### Choose a Professional Image Choose a professional image to represent you as an artist. You can use: - A professional photo of yourself - Your artist logo or brand identity Avoid: - Very dark photos - Low-quality images - Images with too much text - Incorrectly cropped images 7 ## Add Your Store Banner 7 ### Choose Your Banner You can add a banner image to your artist store. The banner helps visitors visually understand who you are as an artist. We recommend using: **Recommended** A professional photo of your studio, your creative process, or a composition featuring some of your best artworks. 8 ## Set Up Your Payment Information 8 ### Connect Your Stripe Account ArtGalerie uses **Stripe** to process payments and connect artists to the marketplace payment system. You need to connect your artist account to Stripe in order to receive payments from your artwork sales. **Important** You do not need to create a separate checkout for your artworks. Customers pay through ArtGalerie, while Stripe manages the payment connection and payouts. ### Open Payment Settings From your Artist Dashboard, go to: **Navigation** Settings → Payment ### Select Stripe Look for the Stripe payment option and select: **Payment Method** Direct to Stripe Then click: **Button** Connect with Stripe ### Create or Connect Your Stripe Account You will be redirected to Stripe. If you already have a Stripe account, sign in. If you do not have a Stripe account, choose the option to create one and follow the instructions provided by Stripe. ### Provide the Required Information Stripe may ask you for information required to verify your identity and enable payouts. - CPF or CNPJ, when applicable - Legal name and contact information - Address - Business or activity information - Bank account information - Additional verification information, if requested ### Add Your Bank Account Enter the bank account that you want to use to receive your payouts. Make sure the information matches the details associated with your Stripe account. ### Complete Stripe Verification Follow all verification instructions provided by Stripe. If Stripe asks for additional information or documents, complete those requests directly through Stripe. ### Return to ArtGalerie Once the connection is complete, you should be redirected back to ArtGalerie. Your Stripe connection should now appear as **connected or active**. 9 ## Complete Your Artist Registration 9 ### Review Your Information Before finishing your registration, carefully review everything you have entered. - ✓ Store name - ✓ Artist name - ✓ Email address - ✓ Phone number - ✓ Address - ✓ Profile picture - ✓ Store banner - ✓ Stripe connection Once everything is correct, complete your registration. 10 ## Wait for Approval If ArtGalerie requires artist approval, your registration will be reviewed by the ArtGalerie team. **Approved** Your artist account has been approved and you can start using the marketplace. **Rejected** Your registration was not approved. **Changes Requested** You may need to correct or provide additional information before approval. 11 ## Access Your Artist Dashboard 11 ### Open Your Dashboard Once your account has been approved, log in to ArtGalerie. You should have access to your **Artist Dashboard**. From your dashboard, you can manage: - Products / Artworks - Orders - Sales - Earnings - Store Settings - Profile - Payment Information 12 ## Add Your First Artwork 12 ### Open Products From your Artist Dashboard, go to: **Navigation** Products → Add New Product ### Add the Artwork Title Enter the official name of your artwork. **Example** Blue Horizon ### Write the Artwork Description Write a clear description that helps collectors understand your artwork. - The story behind the artwork - The concept - Your inspiration - The artistic technique - Important characteristics ### Add the Main Image Upload a high-quality photograph of your artwork. The main image should clearly show the entire piece. ### Add Gallery Images You can add additional images, such as: - Front view - Close-up details - Texture - Artwork displayed in an environment - Artist signature 13 ## Add the Artwork Details 13 ### Complete the Artwork Information Complete all the information requested for your artwork. **Technique** Oil on canvas **Dimensions** 80 × 60 cm **Year** 2026 **Style** Expressionism **Material** Canvas / Oil paint **Orientation** Portrait **Weight** 3 kg The more complete the information, the easier it is for collectors to understand and evaluate your artwork. 14 ## Set the Artwork Price 14 ### Enter Your Selling Price Enter the price at which you want to sell your artwork. **Example** R$ 4,500.00 Before setting your price, consider: - Material costs - Time spent creating the artwork - Artwork dimensions - Artistic technique - Your professional experience - Market demand - ArtGalerie commission - Packaging costs - Shipping costs Make sure the final price reflects the value of your artwork and the costs involved in selling it. 15 ## Submit Your Artwork 15 ### Save and Submit Once you have completed all the information, save or submit your artwork. ### Your Artwork May Be Published Immediately If no product approval is required, your artwork will become available on the ArtGalerie marketplace. ### Your Artwork May Require Approval If product approval is enabled, your artwork will be sent to the ArtGalerie team for review before it becomes available to customers.
