A simple step-by-step guide to creating your artist account, setting up your store, connecting Stripe, and publishing your artworks on ArtGalerie.
Go to the official ArtGalerie website:
On the homepage, look for the option: "Become a Vendor"
This option is for artists who want to create a store and sell their artworks on ArtGalerie.
Click "Become a Vendor".
You will be redirected to the ArtGalerie registration or login page.
If you already have an account, log in with your email address and password.
If you do not have an account yet, choose the option to create a new account.
Fill in the information requested by the registration form.
Please make sure that all information is correct, complete, and up to date.
Please use real and accurate information when creating your artist account.
During registration, you may see an option such as:
Select this option if you want to register as an artist and sell your artworks on ArtGalerie.
This option creates your artist/vendor account and gives you access to the artist dashboard.
After creating your account, you may be guided through the Seller Setup Wizard.
This step allows you to create your artist store.
Enter the name you want to use as an artist.
Enter the requested address information:
Depending on the ArtGalerie configuration, some of this information may or may not be publicly displayed.
Choose a professional image to represent you as an artist.

The banner helps visitors visually understand who you are as an artist.
We recommend using:
ArtGalerie uses Stripe to process payments and connect artists to the marketplace payment system.
You need to connect your artist account to Stripe in order to receive payments from your artwork sales.
You do not need to create a separate checkout for your artworks. Customers pay through ArtGalerie, while Stripe manages the payment connection and payouts.
From your Artist Dashboard, go to:
Look for the Stripe payment option and select:

You will be redirected to Stripe.
If you already have a Stripe account, sign in.
If you do not have a Stripe account, choose the option to create one and follow the instructions provided by Stripe.
Stripe may ask you for information required to verify your identity and enable payouts.
Enter the bank account that you want to use to receive your payouts.
Make sure the information matches the details associated with your Stripe account.
Follow all verification instructions provided by Stripe.
If Stripe asks for additional information or documents, complete those requests directly through Stripe.
Once the connection is complete, you should be redirected back to ArtGalerie.
Your Stripe connection should now appear as connected or active.
Before finishing your registration, carefully review everything you have entered.
Once everything is correct, complete your registration.
If ArtGalerie requires artist approval, your registration will be reviewed by the ArtGalerie team.
Your artist account has been approved and you can start using the marketplace.
Your registration was not approved.
You may need to correct or provide additional information before approval.
Once your account has been approved, log in to ArtGalerie.
You should have access to your Artist Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can manage:

Enter the official name of your artwork.
Write a clear description that helps collectors understand your artwork.
Upload a high-quality photograph of your artwork. The main image should clearly show the entire piece.
You can add additional images, such as:
Complete all the information requested for your artwork.
The more complete the information, the easier it is for collectors to understand and evaluate your artwork.
Enter the price at which you want to sell your artwork.
Before setting your price, consider:
Make sure the final price reflects the value of your artwork and the costs involved in selling it.
Once you have completed all the information, save or submit your artwork.
If no product approval is required, your artwork will become available on the ArtGalerie marketplace.
If product approval is enabled, your artwork will be sent to the ArtGalerie team for review before it becomes available to customers.
Once approved, your artwork will be published and available for collectors to view and purchase.
Once your artist account, Stripe connection, and artwork have been approved, you can use your Artist Dashboard to manage your store, artworks, orders, and sales.
